February began the SGET Inspections. Each member of the SGET was assigned several classrooms and/or offices to inspect each month. Every month, until the end of the school year, all rooms in PS40 will be inspected. Each month a room passes inspection a badge will be awarded by the SGET inspector and posted on the door.
At our last SGET meeting, held in Ms. Felder's meeting room (the science room was otherwise occupied) the inspector for Ms. Felder's office let her know her office had passed inspection. Her was very pleased and said she had been anxious, because she wants to set a good example.
This is the check list the inspectors use to determine whether or not the classroom or office has passed inspection.
